Наша роторная сушилка в основном состоит из сушильного цилиндра, переднего и заднего обода, системы зубчатой передачи, опорных и противоколесных колес, выпускного отверстия, подающего отверстия и выпускного канала. Цилиндр имеет определенный наклон. Для облегчения перемещения материалов по цилиндру под действием силы тяжести и механической силы. Внутри цилиндра установлена подъемная пластина, которая поднимает материал и обеспечивает равномерную сушку материала.

Влажный гранулированный материал подается в цилиндр через загрузочное отверстие. Он постоянно переворачивается внутрь и контактирует с потоком горячего воздуха для обмена тепла. Влага, содержащаяся в частицах, испаряется и выводится через вытяжной канал. Материал перемещается из верхнего конца цилиндра в нижний, завершая процесс сушки. Вся система вращается с помощью зубчатой передачи. Весь цилиндр поддерживается и регулируется опорными колесами и контрколесами.
