Ядром проекта является линия по производству грануляции, состоящая из 12 роликовых грануляторов. Каждый гранулятор использует новейшие технологии проектирования и производства. Эти роликовые грануляторы оптимизируют систему подачи сырья, обеспечивая непрерывную и стабильную подачу сырья. С помощью высокоточных роликов сырье спрессовывается в однородные частицы под высоким давлением. Эти частицы затем пропускают через сортировочную машину, чтобы обеспечить постоянство размера продукта. Эта технологическая инновация сочетается с точной механической регулировкой. Это позволяет производственной линии эффективно производить гранулы калийных удобрений, соответствующие особым стандартам для наших российских клиентов.
